About
Luamac is a one-person IT consulting practice based in Slovenia. With a degree in Electrical Engineering specialised in Telecommunications, I combine rigorous technical foundations with the practical skills of someone who has managed real deployments — not just advised on them.
I work across the full project lifecycle: from requirements and architecture, through vendor coordination and integration, to maintenance and support. My clients get a single point of contact who understands both the engineering and the delivery side.
Since 2014 I have been working with MI-line d.o.o. in the field of telecommunications and critical infrastructure. Within this role I collaborate on the maintenance, development and modernisation of communication networks for the largest manager of electricity transmission infrastructure in Slovenia. I specialise in DWDM, OTN, MPLS, SDH and PDH technologies, and in the design and implementation of high-availability communication solutions. Over the years I have been involved in numerous projects aimed at ensuring the safe, reliable and uninterrupted operation of systems that are vital to critical infrastructure.
Current focus areas include border and access control infrastructure, optical networking, and complex multi-manufacturer systems.
I am also an authorised engineer registered in the IZS (Engineering Chamber of Slovenia) directory under registration number E-2312.
